Greater King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church exists to spiritually enrich families, neighborhoods, our city, and the entire state by exalting the Savior, equipping the saints, and evangelizing the lost to Christ.
We pursue this mission by lifting the name of Jesus in vibrant worship, nurturing disciples through sound biblical teaching, strengthening marriages and families, and serving our community with Christ-centered compassion.
Through every ministry and outreach effort, we seek to be a light in Greater New Orleans and beyond—transforming hearts, renewing hope, and pointing all people to salvation and abundant life in Him.
We are committed to glorifying God and transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ.
We seek to grow disciples, strengthen families, and impact the Greater New Orleans community and beyond by:
We believe that there is only one living and true God, who exists in three distinct persons—God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three, the Trinity, are equal in essence and distinct in function.
We believe that the Holy Bible—both Old and New Testaments—is the complete, inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
We believe in the saving work of Jesus Christ—His sacrificial death on the cross, His burial, and His bodily resurrection on the third day—as the only means of forgiveness of sin and eternal life.
As Christians, we also believe in the immersion of believers during the ordinance of water baptism, a public testimony of the inward change brought about by faith in Christ.
